Financial Aid and Scholarships
Degree-seeking Georgia Tech students may apply federal or institutional financial aid toward the cost of the program. The Office of International Education also provides information on additional scholarships available for study abroad, which can help offset program expenses. Non-Georgia Tech students accepted into the program pay an additional $250 enrollment fee.
How to Apply
Applications are submitted through the Georgia Tech Office of International Education’s Education Abroad portal. To apply, select the East Asia Study Abroad Program from the program list. Students are accepted on a rolling basis, so early submission of the $500 deposit is highly recommended. Eligibility requires that students be in good academic standing at the conclusion of the Spring semester.
